Discounts are not available for Reiki Workshops, Fertility and HypnoBirthing Programmes, Weightloss Programmes or for using the card facility option
Card payments online must be paid before booking your appointment and are non-refundable if given less than 24 hour notice of cancellation
Please note that if you are interested in the HypnoBand Weightloss Programmes, then you need to contact me first to arrange a 30 minute Screening to assess your suitability for this type of Weightloss - please do not use the card option until you have discussed this with me.

Cognitive Behavioural Therapy combined with Hypnotherapy for WeightlossCBT and Hypnotherapy for weightloss looks at the habits of comfort eating, munching in the evenings etc and making the changes that you need to help with your weightlloss.
An Individual session generally lasting from 2 + hours .......................£100
HYPNO-BAND WEIGHT LOSS PROGRAMME
The whole process takes four x one hour sessions. Usually this is achieved over 6-8 weeks but this is flexible depending on your progress.
The full fee for the Assessment session plus the four x one hour sessions = this includes your Hypnotherapy session CD's.............£395
HYPNO-BAND AND HAPPYWEIGHT COMBINED PROGRAMME
There will be the Initial Full Consultation to determine your needs and how much weight you need to lose, your expectations ...... and also within what time-frame - it may be that you are losing weight for a special occasion or a holiday..... or it could be for health reasons if you are due to have an operation.
Then another 7 sessions of 2 hour Blocks.
I prefer to work in 2 hour blocks where we can combine both Programmes but I can make adjustments to the Programme if this is not possible..... it just means that it will take longer to complete.
We will complete the Combined Programme in eight 2 hour sessions.

This can be a longer regression as it's amazing how fast the time goes or you may feel that you'd like to combine it with some Karuna Reiki which works on deeper emotional and karmic issues....
Discounts for those on benefits , Students and Senior Citizens...please provide some form of benefit identification /student card
at your appointment to receive the discount.
However, they are not available as an online card option.
