HYPNOBIRTHING ®
WORKSHOPS AND FEES
Couples or the pregnant mum along with her chosen birthing companion attend a twelve and a half hour course run over 5 sessions.
These workshops are generally run as 5 x 2 1/2 hour but can be adapted to 6 x 2 hour sessions to suit.
These can be run privately in your own home or in small groups at The Rosemount Centre.
You will learn how to use the breathing techniques, visualisations, physical and mental exercises and self-hypnosis.
This is a very laidback and enjoyable course which helps you to feel very relaxed and confident about your ability to work with your body, while birthing your baby.
The course fee is £300 per couple, which includes the 'Hypnobirthing ® - Celebration of Life' 302 page textbook and CD which is comprised of two tracks , a badge and a workbook and twelve and a half hours of tuition.
Track one is Affirmations and track two is Rainbow Relaxation.
